The Courtyard

Fall just keeps on giving. Here it is, mid-December, and these liquidambar trees (AKA sweet gum) still glow red and orange in the courtyard of our complex as the sun is setting, with the  pine and shadows in the foreground the perfect contrast. 

And today we finally had rain, with more in the forecast tomorrow.  

Life is good here in Northern CA.
